Our ingredients: oil, chilli, peppers, onion, garlic, ginger, black pepper, salt, curry leaf, lemon juice, tomato, turmeric, cumin, coriander, green chillies, fennel, herbs and spices.
Keep in the fridge below 5c or freeze on the day of purchase.
Use within 3 days.

Instructions: Heat some oil or ghee in a saucepan and cook 500g of meat or chicken till browned. Then add your chilli masala sauce and leave to simmer for 35 minutes.
