Use our original chilled biryani masala sauce to cook fresh at home. Boil your meat separately for approximately 25 minutes. Re-heat secret biryani masala sauce for 5 mins, add your meat and cook on medium heat for 30 mins. 2 x 1kg tubs.
For every 1kg tub of biryani masala you will need 1.5-2 kg of meat. This will feed approximately 6-7 guests.
